A missed pickup fee is assessed when there is a scheduled pickup, but no laundry is made available at the pickup location at the time of our driver's arrival. This fee is for the drivers time, effort and gas in going to the pickup location. To avoid the missed pickup fee, be sure to cancel any un-needed pickups at least 1 day in advance.
