How do I add a pickup when I thought I was only doing a drop off?

The driver can do it right from the manifest. When in the ticket for the customer who left the items to be picked up they will see a link in the top right hand of the blue bar that says “Show Pickup Block”.  Tap on that it will open up the pickup functions and they can add the number of bags they picked up.
