Our drivers can operate anytime between the hours of 7am-8pm. You can track the progress of the driver and see how many stops away we are by logging into your online account or the App. On the lefthand side of the homepage, there is a section titled "Happening Now", this is where you can see the status of your laundry and/or the progress of the driver. There is also a "Track Driver" button that, if you click on it, will bring you to a map that shows your driver's current location. If you see the message "Laundry Done" , that typically means our driver has not started the route yet. This is also the case if you see the message "We're sorry, but the driver's location is currently unavailable, please try again later", when selecting the "Track Driver" button. In these cases this section will be updated once the driver starts the route.
