To cancel a pickup, log into your online account or the HappyNest App. On the homepage, you will see a calendar of available pickup days over the next three weeks. Please note, you can only schedule and/or cancel pickups up to 3 weeks in advance. Your next scheduled pickup will be listed in the "Happening Now" section of the website, or the top of the App home page. To cancel that pickup, simply click on the blue "cancel this pickup" link. You will then be brought to a second screen that says "Are you sure you want to cancel the pickup?" Click on the "Yes, cancel this pickup" button. Your next pickup has been successfully canceled! To cancel a different pickup in the future, simply click on the blue outlined box for the date of your scheduled pickup and follow the same steps.
