Can I Choose a Specific Pickup Time-frame?

Unfortunately we do not offer the ability to choose a specific pickup or drop-off timeframe. Our drivers are GPS route based and can generally operate between the hours of 7AM-8PM. Once our driver has started, you can track their progress online and through our app. If you have accepted our text notifications, we will also text you once we have started driving letting you know we have started and what stop number you are. We also send follow up messages as we get closer.
