When will my laundry be picked up?

We’re route-based (like UPS or FedEx), so we can’t offer exact pickup times. 

Drivers typically start routes between 7–8am, and you’ll get notifications when the driver starts their route, and as your stop gets closer (e.g. at 10 stops, 3 stops, next stop).
